Change For Good

Change for Good Community Chaplaincy is a London-based resettlement charity dedicated to supporting individuals transitioning from prison back into society. With over a decade of experience, the organization offers comprehensive services that begin pre-release and extend through the critical post-release period. Their approach includes mentoring programs in several prisons—HMP Wandsworth, HMP Wormwood Scrubs, HMP Brixton, and HMP Ford—where trained volunteers build relationships with inmates, meet them at the gate upon release, and provide ongoing community support.
