Community Chaplaincy Association Member Projects

From housing and employment to specialist recovery support, our members provide a bridge from prison back into the community. Whatever their particular focus, all our projects offer the same relational mentoring service, based on a tried and trusted "theory of change" driven by the specific needs and circumstances of each person they work with. Whether you are a prison leaver or family member looking for support or a Prison Chaplain or Probation Officer looking for a link, use the interactive map here to locate your nearest chaplaincy and discover how they can help you or how you can get involved.

Each link will take you to the website of the Community Chaplaincy project in your area. All the contact details you need should be there but if you need any further help getting in touch then contact the CCA and we will make sure you get to the right person in the right place.
