South West Community Chaplaincy

South West Community Chaplaincy (SWCC), originally known as Peninsula Initiative, offers support to individuals leaving prison across Cornwall, Devon, and West Somerset. Their team provides mentoring and assistance to help clients reintegrate into society, aiming to reduce reoffending rates and promote positive life changes.
