Beacon Community Project at Beacon Church

Beacon Community Project. Beacon Church is a vibrant Christian community located in Handsworth, Birmingham. The church offers a range of programs catering to diverse age groups and interests. Beacon Community Project aims to rehabilitate released prisoners in the local community. It is managed and supported by the Beacon Evangelical Church.

The project seeks to rebuild lives, restore dignity and rebuild community. We achieve that in variety of ways, one of which is through community chaplaincy. The project started with the inception of the Beacon Evangelical Church in 1987 and has been serving the community as a beacon of light and hope since this time. The project is located on the Sandwell Road, Handsworth in Birmingham. All process and programmes will take place at the project’s location except otherwise advised.
